Job description
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to support the Global People and Transformation Lead at this exciting time of this Global Media company's transition. You will be joining a dedicated HR team ensuring the project meets deadlines and stakeholders are guided though the company's transition to become and independent entity
You will be joining at a crucial point where your mergers and acquisition experience will be beneficial with the partnering of the HR Team and Stakeholders overseeing the separation and set up of Recruitment /L&D / Occupational Health
Main duties as HR Project Manager:
Supports the Interim & Perm CPOs with Transition project activity.
Ensure the delivery of Day 1 runs smoothly
You will be involved with both larger and smaller activities, including OH /Risk assessment critical elements, service replications such as immigration, OH, projects with HRBPs, new intranet project, etc.
Liaising with HR suppliers, subscriptions, licenses support
Critical roles & perimeter tracking support. Support Day 1 related key hiring.
Adhoc projects e.g. Policies & FoW project work
Work with HRBPs on projects and liaise with TA's offshore.
Ensure change, and communications support is directed as required.
Liaise with project teams from the main business to ensure deadlines are met
Keep the Transformation lead up to date with reporting
Be involved with potential future org design and structure projects.
Skills Required as HR Project Manager:
Previous work in HR transformation change is essential
Previous experience of working for an international company would be desirable to understand other countries needs
Mergers and Acquisition experience would be desirable or experience of start up and setting up full procedures in a high growth and changing business
Experience of setting up Recruitment / L&D / Occupational Health services are essential
Excellent communication and negotiating skills to liaise with suppliers
Ability to ensure GDPR is maintained during the transition process of staff and contractors
Day Rate: up to £600 Umbrella (PAYE)
Duration: to start ASAP - December
Location: Westminster: Hybrid 1 or 2 days in the office
