Job description

Our client who are a Global Real Estate firm are Looking to Hire a HR Strategic Business Partner to join their growing team.

You will drive and influence the cultural and people management agenda of organisational change and business improvement initiatives to improve business performance for a key client group.

Main Duties as HR Strategic Business Partner:

  • To lead, facilitate and participate, as required, in working groups involved in the development and implementation of People & Culture programmes, policies and procedures
  • Promote and foster a performance culture of accountability and ownership of delivery, championing the company's core values to facilitate continuous improvement learning & performance
  • Partner with the Business Unit leadership team to develop resourcing planning approaches to meet the projected requirements through effective recruitment, development and talent identification strategies so as to ensure the right people are in the right places
  • Work with the business to build a strong pipeline of talent and succession with particular focus on building capabilities for pivotal roles
  • Proactively embed a performance culture manage which differentiates performance and focusses on the development and progression of employees through clear and transparent career paths
  • Work closely with the business areas to utilise key People & Culture metrics to inform people decisions and business strategy
  • To provide leadership on complex/sensitive Employee Relations cases where required and deliver key training to people managers to further develop leadership skills
  • Drive and proactively contribute to the overall People & Culture team in embedding the Global and Regional People & Culture strategy to deliver the required transformations and people results
  • Work in partnership with the business to develop employee engagement strategies that drives an employer of choice culture
  • Develop a culture of coaching and continuous improvement amongst the senior leadership team within the business units

Ideal candidate:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Good at building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of working within large complete and matrix organisations
