Our client who are a Global Asset Management firm are looking to hire a Fluent German Human Resources Business Partner to cover a 9-12 month maternity period.

As Interim German HR BP you will partner with stakeholders based in Germany enabling the business to drive the culture and deliver value to investors through effective HR programs and policies.

Anyone applying must be fluent German.

Typical Duties:

• Advise leaders based in Germany, Human Resources policies and procedures.
• You will understand and proactively address the HR needs of aligned business areas.
• Provide consultative coaching and counselling services to leaders.
• Recommend solutions to management on business strategy and its effects.
• Consult with aligned business areas to develop HR strategies that support the needs of the business. Implement HR initiatives within the business area and acts as a liaison to other Human Resources functions.
• Advocates for the HR agenda with business leaders. Aligns the business with global HR policies and programs. Conducts workforce planning activities within aligned business areas.
• Make recommendations regarding program goals and objectives in all areas of Human Resources management. Delivers reports to the business on key HR trends and metrics.
• Provide guidance on diversity, inclusion, and engagement topics. Partner with other Human Resources specialists to strategize and implement the best outcomes for the assigned business areas.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• You must have exposure working with the German markets and employee local legislation.

Must haves:

• Fluent German
• Ideally FS or professional services
