An exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Executive has arisen to work for this high-profile membership body based in Central London. Working closely with the Communications Manager you will assist in developing and implementing Internal Communication and marketing strategies to improve member's experience and be collaborative with new ideas. Internal Communications Executive duties:

  • In charge of the intranet site on a daily basis
  • Ensuring the corporate brand guideline standards are applied consistently across the internal communications
  • Be the first point of contact for all internal communications
  • Collating marketing and feedback information for the Comms Manager
  • Collate members activity to produce reports and stats for analysis
  • Update and improve members experience by updating materials and impact stories
  • Update, maintain and contribute to the development of skills and communication trends
  • Update and maintain the communications database
  • Liaise with designers to produce corporate marketing
  • Write blogs, weekly bulletins - create and publish engaging content
  • Assist with the annual forum, and gather statistics for reports
  • Ensure surveys and feedback are regularly sent to members
  • Ensure the company website is updated with

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent communication skills to build relationship with staff and members
  • Excellent writing skills with proven experience of writing for various forums
  • Be an excellent team member to ensure objectives are met
  • Be creative and have excellent writing and proof-reading skills
  • Have good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Preferably have experience with Mailchimp, Word Press, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Preferably have worked for a not for profit or membership body previously
