Prestigious International Bank based in the West-end currently looking for Investment Operations Manager. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing investment-related operations within the London Branch. This includes ensuring compliance with CASS rules, transaction reporting, portfolio maintenance, security setup, and more. You will also lead a team of professionals, collaborate across departments, and drive the implementation of operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities of Operations Manager:

• Lead investment operations projects for the London Branch
• Define business requirements and develop test plans for investment applications
• Serve as a subject matter expert for investment operations
• Oversee portfolio establishment and maintenance
• Ensure accurate security setup and valuation
• Manage trade allocations, market settlements, and client reporting
• Handle asset servicing and corporate actions
• Review custody and client money reconciliations
• Lead testing for system upgrades and implementations
• Monitor team performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and address risk and issues
• Act as a key contact for CASS audits and liaise with external auditors

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Investment Operations
• Strong understanding of operational processes and regulatory requirements (COBS, COLL, SYSC, CASS)
• Up-to-date knowledge of FCA CASS rules
• Previous supervisory experience
