Job description

I am currently working with one of the world's leading investment firms, who are looking to add to their property team. The Role

  • Day to day running of several global, UK and EU client mandates
  • Accounting and preparing monthly investor reporting for 10 separate account clients
  • Preparing quarterly investor reporting
  • Preparing investment and cash reconciliations
  • Performance analysis and measurement of investment and client accounts
  • Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis, updated records and systems to account for AUM, transactions, fees billable, reconciliations etc
  • Liaising with investments teams, investor services, third-party fund administrators and client's custodians

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in accounting, ideally within property
  • Studying towards ACA/ACCA
  • Have a Bachelor in Accounting & Finance (or other relevant fields)
  • Work well both in a team and individually
  • Be able to work well to deadlines and have great time management skills
