City based International Bank, are looking to recruit a Loans Administration Officer to work as part of their customer support team in London. Hybrid working on offer!

The ideal candidate would have at least 4 years loans administration experience with the ability to:

• Handle rollovers/rate fixings, repayments, prepayments for agency, bilateral and syndicated loan facilities.
• Administer the transfer of loans on the secondary market
• Handle customer queries on all administration matters
• Input data into the bank's computer systems
• Authorise customer payments and monitor receipt of funds
• Claim fees and commissions from customers
• Reconcile internal suspense accounts
• Prepare reports for management
• Settle legal fees
• Provide cover in the absence of other members of the department
• Liaise with clients and account officers.
• Arrange fixed deposits and FX transactions on behalf of customers
• Prepare client audit requests.

The following skills would also be of benefit but are not essential:

• Experience of IBIS or a similar banking system
• Experience of administration as agent for RBL facilities and multipurpose RCF.
• Experience of shipping industry loans
• Trade finance knowledge
