The successful candidate must have strong Microsoft Dynamics Skills and be immediately available to start this position. A strong interest in health and wellness is also a bonus!

Your Required Skills and Responsibilities in this role will be:

• Processing all entries unaided in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Monthly management accounts preparation
• Liaising with third parties
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Working closely with the finance team in the US
• Working extensively with Excel, streamlining and automating processes where possible
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Setting up and registering new companies (Companies House, VAT)
• Confirmation statement submission
• Assisting with annual accounts preparation
• BACS payments
• Payroll submission, review and processing
• Pension declaration of compliance submission
• VAT returns for parent and subsidiary companies
• Monthly accruals, prepayment and monthly depreciation journals
