Management Accountant

This well-established Property Business is looking for a Management Accountant who genuinely wants to be excited to come to work. This role is ideally situated in the City of London making commuting a breeze. This role has a very strong commercial focus to it and will see the individual partner with non-financial internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Month end close for operations
• Prepare the monthly reporting pack for senior management and non-finance professionals
• Liaising and reporting to external clients
• Report on operational costs and overheads for senior management
• Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures for the finance function
• Ongoing process improvements

The successful applicant will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills - including exemplary written and oral presentation skills
• Ability to effectively prioritise and handle multiple challenges at once
