A global Real Estate business are looking for a newly qualified Management Accountant to join their team on a 6 month basis. They are a globally recognised brand in the Real Estate space. Working as part of a high growth area you will be employed by the group but working in a small team. You will be given the opportunity to make things you own and develop a really important area for the business.

Duties:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Variance analysis and presentation to board
• Business partnering with operational budget holders
• Financial planning and analysis
• Statutory reporting

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified ACA or ACCA with the desire to join a large scale business in a division that requires you to take ownership of process improvement and business partnering
