Kennedy Pearce are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Management Accountant (Commercial) to join my clients team of finance professionals.

This role is a new functional role created within Property Finance team for supporting the Finance Group.

Your New Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager; provide support on many levels as follows:

• Quotes preparation, sales order tracking/customer contract monitoring, project margin analysis
• Revenue recognition reviews as well as assistance with forecasts.
• Operational and management reporting.
• Development and delivery of organizational strategic planning.

About You

To be successful in this role; the following is required:

• Tertiary qualifications in finance or related discipline
• Completed either ACA, ACCA or PQ equivalent
• Previous experience in the property sector
• Experience in operating in a multiple country, multiple entity accounting environment
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks - strong time management skills are essential.
