We have an exciting career opportunity for a Management Accountant with a leading international luxury retail brand. The company is well established yet still growing and this role has arisen due to that growth offering a broad accounting role with a variety of duties and exposure to working with the leadership team.

The job is hybrid working with 2 days from home and 3 days in the central London office which has just been fully refurbished. You get excellent benefits and brand discounts as well as a competitive base package.

The job will suit someone from a retail business background with an interest in the luxury goods industry who is studying toward an accountancy qualification.

Duties include:

• Assist in the production of the monthly management accounts
• Accruals and prepayments
• Managing the Fixed asset register
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Monthly stock reconciliation
• VAT Returns
• Assist with year-end accounting and audit
• Other ad hoc projects

Skills & Experience:

• Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
• Strong educational background
• Strong IT [in particular Excel] Skills
• Experience from a retail business with exposure to stock / inventory
