As Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering insightful financial reporting, partnering with key stakeholders, and ensuring robust financial controls. Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis

• Budgeting, forecasting and supporting the strategic planning process

• Business partnering with commercial and operational teams

• Providing financial insights to drive profitability and cost efficiencies

• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities

• Supporting process improvements and system enhancements

About You:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)

• Previous experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a fast-paced industry highly desirable

• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with attention to detail

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a growing, evolving business
