Job description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our client working in the entertainment industry. As Marketing Manager you will work closely with the VP Marketing and Chief Strategy Officer in a fast growing team. Personality and passion are of importance to our client and they are looking for someone team focused, organised and analytically minded.

If you have experience working in the entertainment industry as a marketing manager with a huge passion for music then this is the dream role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the acquisition and retention of customers.
  • Be the lead contact for our retained marketing agency and work closely with them to develop and launch growth campaigns and analyse results.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel launches into new focus territories in 2022.
  • Act as brand guardian and ambassador within the business. Work with the strategy team to develop brand positioning and the design team on the visual brand.
  • Lead market and audience research projects to learn more about our existing customers, and ones we hope to acquire with marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the data team to monitor marketing KPIs and report results into the wider business

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing for brands in media/entertainment/technology/music/streaming
  • Experience of launching and marketing brands in non-English speaking markets.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage both day-to-day marketing activities and bigger projects/campaigns
  • Experience working with agencies and external suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to communicate progress and blockers to senior stakeholders / management.
  • Experience with a variety of analytics tools, and proven ability to analyse data
  • Organised, diligent, and calm under pressure.
