Job description
An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our client, an investment firm, supporting on a range of administrative duties within a fast-paced environment. This will be an Office Assistant position that will be Front of House based with a focus on meeting and greeting clients as well as supporting the team with diary management and general ad-hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Team Assistant with front of house experience who is, driven, passionate, confident and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In return you will receive a salary up to £35,000 + discretionary bonus, full health benefits and more!
Responsibilities of Office Assistant
- Meeting & greeting all clients
- Preparing & Reserving meeting rooms
- Organising team meetings & events
- Organising travel arrangements both internationally & domestic including preparation of itineraries
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the office including ordering supplies
- Booking couriers
- Support the Executive Assistant with ad hoc duties such as catering and purchases
Skills & Experience of Office Assistant
- Previous Front of House Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft; Word, Excel && PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbally
- Adaptable
- Excellent organisation skills & ability to prioritise
