Job description

A great opportunity for an Office Assistant has become available to work with our client, a global business consultancy. As Office Assistant you will be a crucial member of the team, reporting into the Office Manager and assisting with day-to-day administrative duties for the EMEA regions.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Office Assistant to join a well-established, fast-paced, global organisation.

This is an Office Based role, with 1 day working from home and paying a salary up to £35,000. The company offer great benefits including: 28 days holiday, medical insurance, gym allowance & more.

Main duties of Office Assistant

  • First point of contact for clients, guests and employees
  • Manage the main mailbox and answer switchboard calls
  • Responsible for ordering and managing office supplies
  • Assisting the MD with presentations when required
  • Assist with diary management and travel arrangements for the London office
  • Assist with travel arrangements and
  • Administrative support in maintaining employee databases

Skills & Experience of Office Assistant

  • Experience using and updating systems - ideally Salesforce
  • Previous experience within an Office Assistant position
  • A confident, hands on approach with the ability to use your initiative
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • A-level or Degree educated
