PA / Office Manager | £35K | City of London

My Client are a independent Property Consultant based in quirky offices in the heart of Shoreditch, with a boutique friendly team who are on the hunt for their next Personal Assistant & Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Client
With a friendly office vibe, flexible working and pool tables on site - this firm offer both a relaxed and driven culture to work in. The Managing Director is looking for a PA to support himself and his office permanently.
The Role

  • As an experienced Office Manager & PA you will be responsible for greeting visitors on Reception and answering telephone calls.
  • You will arrange appointments and meetings and maintaining staff schedules. You will coordinate travel arrangements including flights and hotels.
  • You will maintain supplier relationships, produce reports and new starter documents.
  • You will also create presentations, providing PA support to the CEO and 4 Board Members.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in an administration role, having experience of working within a PA or Office Management role being able to work using own initiative and proactively offering PA support.
