Our client who is a Financial Services client is looking to hire a Team PA to support two Managing Directors.
Team PA Duties:
Operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
To provide a consistently high level of administrative support to the Executive Director of Content & Strategy, MD Technology, and wider team members
Complex diary management for time constrained diaries across multiple time zones
Advanced preparation of documents/notes for calls and meetings
Meet and greet of clients including refreshment set up and clear up
Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Taking minutes/actions as and when needed and following up on outstanding points
Local and international travel booking in accordance with group policies
Assisting with compliance processes, and outstanding documentation.
Assisting with the organisation of events; lunches, conferences and meeting room preparation
General high-level Assistant and administrative duties e.g. filing, emails, expense processing, purchase orders
Any other administrative duties may arise from time to time within the organisation.
