Media Organisation seeks a Part Time Financial Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Part Time Financial Accountant would be a Qualified Accountant who ideally has experience in the TV production, media, or broadcasting sector

Duties of the Financial Accountant include:

• Oversee balance sheet account reconciliations and consolidated balance sheet preparation
• Annual audit process, work closely with audit team to ensure procedural compliance. Involves preparation of relevant documents for review of year end balances
• Royalties
• Reconciling and preparing consolidated balance sheet
• Intercompany / intra-group reconciliations
• Prepare month end reporting files from TB and reconcile
• Documentation of month end reporting
• Ensuring the ledgers and books are prepared under FRS 102 and meets all compliance required for audit
• Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
• Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements for the Financial Accountant include:

• ACCA/ACA qualified
• FRS 102 knowledge strongly preferred
• Experience working with Xero
• +3 years of financial accounting experience
