Payroll Administrator

The Company

A well-known leader within the Healthcare space is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator within their Finance Team. This organisation specialises in providing high class customer service and treating their customers with priority.

The Position

Reporting directly through to the Transactional Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Process Payroll for circa 700 employees
  • Processing 3 different payrolls and dealing with queries etc
  • Filing / Scanning invoices and paperwork to ensure appropriate records are kept
  • Handling post/emails relating to payroll and any other associated duties
  • Ensure Occupancy Live tracker is kept up to date
  • Supporting the finance team as required
  • Assist with maintaining the ready reckoner and Occupancy Live documents
  • Assist with all other projects where required
  • Undertake other duties expected of a Payroll Administrator that may be expected from time to time
