Payroll Officer

We are currently searching for an experienced payroll administrator who have previous experience in high volume payroll processing to join an industry leading FMCG company. Candidates can perform payroll processes and enjoy a competitive remuneration with brilliant growth potential, with an immediate start seen as preferred.

The company will provide great collaboration and interaction between employees and management team. Located in Chiswick on site parking is also available.

Description

As a payroll officer you will undertake the following tasks:

  • Processing high quantity of employees
  • Administrative duties for new starters
  • Competently process superannuation and taxes
  • Process and accurately prepare time-sheets
  • Ability to deal with internal and external queries over the phone

Profile

A successful candidate will have shown 2+ years prior experience in operating in a extremely high payroll processing position and have some prior ERP system experience. The ability to pick up new tasks and also engage in a learning culture will be held high regard; as will attention to detail and the ability to manage their time effectively. Lastly, successful candidates must have excellent written and communication skills.
