Job title: People Success Senior Data Analyst

Salary: up to 50,000

Our client, an innovative banking and payment services provider that believes in the revolutionary power of cryptocurrency and blockchain are looking for a People Success Senior Data Analyst to join their expanding team.

As the People Success Senior Data Analyst, your day-to-day job, whether it's building models, assessing data gaps, performing in-depth analysis of people related data, will be towards helping the business make sound people related decisions as we care for our employees because they are the ambassadors who truly make the difference. You will take ownership of building and maintaining our people reporting capability through a series of dashboards, combining data from disparate sources, and translating it into meaningful insights which will support business improvements. To support the decision making that drives us towards our people goals, you'll analyse and make recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative data, enabling us to focus on specific action planning with our overall mission to be an employer of choice.

Key accountabilities:

  • Manage projects such as the annual salary review, gathering requirements and planning effectively to execute an accurate import into the HRIS, monitoring and reviewing the project continuously.
  • Have ownership for all people reporting requirements - such as employee data, headcount reporting, People Team OKR's and ad hoc benefit reporting, benchmarking analytics, diversity reporting, etc.
  • To assess data and trends using both quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.
  • Researching primary data sources, selecting relevant information, analysing key themes and trends and making recommendations to support the business.
  • Organizing the aggregation of large amounts of data with a view of improving the business's overall efficiencies data, building analytics models and tools and performing strategic/statistical analysis.
  • Promote the utilisation of data, insights and analysis to inform strategic thinking around work processes.
  • To keep the People team abreast of people trends and MI developments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What are some of the skills we are looking for?

  • A professional standard of verbal and written English (German language is desirable)
  • Expert knowledge of and experience in people data, designing reports & dashboards.
  • You will hold knowledge and practical application of data analytics, visualisation and reporting using various tools (experience in PowerBI is desirable)
  • Experience in developing C-Suite level presentations and data insight and reporting
  • Experience working in a generalist People function with a deep understanding of a core People service.
  • Ability to independently research, assess, interpret and validate data.
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.
  • You will be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves".
  • An ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in Google workspace, particularly in Google Sheets.
