Fast growing Organisation is currently seeking a Personal Tax Senior Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. The Personal Tax Senior Associate would report into a Senior Manager within their 10 strong Tax team. You will be working with a wide range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and high net worth individuals.

As Personal Tax Senior Associate you will be:

• Responsible for your own portfolio of clients, which will include preparation of Self-Assessment Tax Returns for business owners and private clients
• Motivated by delivering exceptional client service
• A personable team player that displays a keen interest in developing trainees
• Efficient at controlling and organising your workflow; monitoring status of every job through use of CCH, IRIS and Karbon
• Confident in researching technical points, able to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions
• Commercially minded and assist in the preparation of fee proposals and invoicing

Requirements for the Personal Tax Senior Associate include:

• Excellent numerical, literacy skills and communication skills
• Be AAT Qualified
• Experience in personal tax compliance and advisory services
• A busy forward-thinking practice
• Tax software packages, ideally CCH and IRIS
• Successfully contributing to a collaborative team environment
