Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available working as a PR Director for an award-winning Marketing Agency in the UK. As a PR Director you will take the overall responsibility for the clients ensuring the targets are being met at all times and the accounts across EMEA are being managed correctly.

Key Responsibilities for the PR Director:

Client Servicing:

  • Ownership and management of relationships with key stakeholders' client-side
  • Responsible for leading on the main strategy for clients to achieve their goals
  • Resolving client problems alongside the Account Director before they need to be escalated to the senior management team
  • Arrange and conduct quarterly strategy meetings with clients targeting the EMEA market to ensure the strategy is working
  • Checking in with new and old clients after one month, three months, and six months to ensure service and team satisfaction
  • Make sure client teams monitor the effectiveness and impact of our campaigns against agreed objectives and success measures
  • Management of the monthly internal client update report and summary and distribution to the SMT
  • Management of the client servicing budget

Team Development

  • Manage the development of junior members of staff
  • Take lead of problems solving with team members
  • Help with interviews for the PR team

Desirable Skills for the PR Director:

  • Have at least 6-8 years' experience with three years spent at Account Director level, or above, at an agency
  • Have management experience
  • Have experience and in-depth knowledge planning and evaluation
  • Have a proven track record of growing accounts and bringing in new business for the team
  • Have a strong industry network and contacts within the Tech Space
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the media landscape and where it is heading
  • Have experience within the Tech Space
  • Be willing to travel and attend trade shows and conferences
  • Social Media and Marketing Knowledge

This is a permanent position paying £60,000 - £65,000 + Hybrid working based in London
