Pricing Manager - FMCG
Our client is an International FMCG business that has premium brands in the European drinks market. The company is about to embark on the next phase of growth and due to this a role has become available for a Pricing Manager.
Reporting to the CFO with a dotted line to the GM Sales, the role will have a broad remit providing decision support to the various business stakeholders including marketing, sales and supply chain.
This will include:
- Presentations on performance
- Modelling and competitor analysis
- Strategic planning
- Trade spend optimisation
- Revenue management.
- There will also be focus on delivery accurate and insightful analysis and planning across the division with a mandate to drive process and systems improvement across the financial management process.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a background in FMCG or consumer driven industries with exposure to sales being essential. You will have strong Excel modelling skills and proven pricing, NPD, promotions and cap ex business casing experience. This role will require extensive people engagement and influencing skills and be able to value add as a true business advisor. This role offers the opportunity for you to run a business from a total P&L point of view and to be the go-to person for any commercial decisions.
