A leading international Property company is looking for a well-rounded qualified Accountant on a contract basis to help with a very busy reporting period. You will ideally have been involved in a similar role whereby you will have been responsible for financial reporting in a property business and have experience of Yardi accounting software - an accounting background from practice will also be considered if you have exposure to property clients.

*Financial accounts preparation (IFRS)

*Liaising with external auditors

*P&L and B/S reporting for group subsidiaries

*Technical Accounting policy

*Assist senior managers to achieve targets and objectives within budget.

Experience:

*Recognised accountancy qualification - ideally from a leading practice background

*Experience of accounting within a property company is essential

*Strong systems skills including Yardi
