An exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to work Part - Time for this not for profit arts organisation based in London N1

The position will be reporting to, and working closely with the Senior EA to ensure the smooth running of the office
Main duties will include

  • Answering the reception phone - being first point of contact
  • Monitoring the reception emails
  • Stationery stock taking and ordering
  • Ordering office furniture
  • Post and franking
  • Arranging couriers
  • Ordering lunches
  • Monitor book orders, sending out books and updating the book schedule
  • Reporting facility issues in the office i.e. lights or photocopiers not working
  • Booking hotels and trains
  • Ordering water for the water machines, coffee and tea
  • Keeping a track of the Museums Association Card
  • Monitoring kitchen and open meeting space areas and making sure they are tidy
  • Proved support to internal staff and external contractors



You will need

  • Previous Reception / Admin experience
  • Centre or Office Management experience would be advantageous
  • A proactive approach
  • Highly organised
  • Able to work in a busy environment where priorities change



Hours: 8.30am to 2.00pm
Location: London N1
