I URGENTLY require a Reward Business Partner who will operate remotely

The Reward Business Partner will provide expert advice on a broad spectrum of strategic and operational reward matters to managers and senior leadership across the confederation and contributes to the development of the global reward strategy. Provides dedicated senior Reward Business partnership and focal point for reward matters for designated stakeholder groups and activities, specifically Executive Affiliate reward activities and non-UK based staff including the delivery of the annual calendar of reward activities, development and implementation of reward policy and practice and solutions, and expert guidance and governance which reflect and embed our values and aspirations to be safe, feminist and anti-racist in how we work.

This is an International role and will cover global duties.
