Job description

A great opportunity has become available for a Reward Manager - EMEA to join my client within the Finance Services sector. As Reward Manager you will report directly to the Global HR Director and be responsible for the implementation of successful reward processes and performance management.

This is the ideal position for a Reward Manager who has experience working within a fast-paced, global organisation looking for a hands-on role where they can really make a difference.

This role is a hybrid position 3 days per week in the office, City of London paying a salary of up to £100,000 plus excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities as Reward Manager

  • This role will work closely with the Global Head of Reward, the Head of HR, EMEA and the CFO in defining a reward approach and subsequent reward process with close interaction with the US counterparts/ teams to ensure global alignment
  • In partnership with key stakeholders manage any EMEA Remuneration Deferral Plan in line with the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulatory within the EMEA region
  • Perform annual reviews and monitoring for any EMEA Material Risk Taker (MRT) in accordance with local regulatory requirements
  • Manage end to end compensation calculations for identified MRT's, including developing systems
  • As a standalone Reward SME within EMEA, this role will be the primary contact point for employees, payroll, share team and HRBP queries
  • Contribute to the build and enhancement of the Global Reward strategy and implement any changes within EMEA in partnership with the Global Head of Reward / HRBP community
  • Responsible for the maintenance and updating of any Remuneration Policy within EMEA
  • Own the EMEA salary survey benchmarking process / data / review, working closer with the HRBPs
  • Complete any regulatory disclosure and Gender Pay Reporting
  • REMCO reporting

Skills & Experience of Reward Manager

  • Extensive experience as a Reward Specialist within a fast-paced, global organisation
  • REMCO reporting
  • Strong understanding on compensation trends
  • Excellent data analysis and excel skills
  • Strong hands on experience with OKR's & KPI's
  • Hands on, ambitious and focused approach to work
