Job description

Our client, a global retail company, are looking for a proactive Reward Analyst to join their North London based team.

The role will be the subject matter expert, proactively developing/improving reward tools and processes, providing analytical support, as well as supporting on a number of reward projects.

The role will work closely with the Group and EMEA HR Teams to provide on the ground Reward support, but also advise our teams in the USA and APAC regions to ensure delivery on the global reward approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will collate, analyse and interpret reward data, including market trends, to model scenarios/forecasts and prepare reports and recommendations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of benchmarking and pay analysis across the business to maintain our reward framework.

  • Develop the existing tools and processes that allow the HR Teams to determine and monitor remuneration packages (in each country) to respond quickly to changing landscapes.

  • You will provide advice and guidance to HR Teams on all things pay related, to ensure the reward approach is running efficiently and delivering what the business needs to continue its growth.

  • You will support the Reward Team and our Regional HR Teams in the delivery and continuous improvement/simplification of the cyclical reward activities (e.g. the annual Pay Review, global bonus review).

  • Create and deliver innovative benefits and recognition. This role will provide plenty of opportunities to support and even own the delivery of a variety of reward projects.

  • Continuing to educate and engage People on the Reward Approach, policy, framework and our remuneration packages is key. So you will develop (and improve existing) materials and communication programmes to support the Reward Team and our Regional HR Teams to do this confidently.

  • You will be responsible for the collation and calculations for any statutory reporting (eg gender pay reporting, Director Pay Ratios etc),

  • You may, from time to time, provide analytical data support to other areas of the reward team (eg Share Plans Manager or Executive Reward Manager).

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience within a Rewards position, ideally within a global matrix organisation.

  • Proven experience of Reward data analysis, to prepare reports and provide recommendations.

  • Ability to work at pace within a team & autonomously
