My client is a leading Investment management firm based in the City looking to recruit a Senior Accountant who will be working directly alongside the Finance Director and assisting with year-end.

Role responsibilities:

• Assisting with putting in new processes for year-end
• Liaising with the European offices in line with year -end reporting
• Working to tight deadlines due to the global presence of the business
• VAT and Tax returns
• Reconciling European ledgers
• Assisting the Finance Director with ad-hoc project requirements

Candidate requirements:

• Must be a recently qualified Accountant - ACA/CA/CAANZ
• Ideally have worked or had exposure to the Financial Services industry - Investment Management
• Immediately available/1 week notice
