My client is a leading Private Equity firm based in the City looking to recruit a Senior Client Accountant Manager with SPV experience.

Role responsibilties:

• Producing/Preparing Financial Statements
• Preparation of management accounts for the firms SPV's
• Knowledge around IFRS/FRS 102 is essential
• Review output of direct reports before it's sent out to third party
• Liaising with auditors
• Communicating clearly with clients, banks and other third party providers
• Reviewing client invoicing before sign off

Candidate requirements:

• Must be ACCA/ACA/CA/CPA Qualified
• Solid IFRS/FRS102 and UK GAAP experience
• Understanding VAT/VAT returns
• Organised to work in a fast paced environment
