Senior Receptionist / Reception Manager

Financial Services business based in the City of London, have a BRAND NEW opportunity for a Senior Receptionist to join their FOH/ Facilities team.


The successful Senior Receptionist will be have excellent first class customer service and communication skills, be passionate to take full ownership for providing a welcoming Reception to colleagues, clients and visitors.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering the switchboard and diverting calls as appropriate
  • Managing multiple meeting rooms, including the diary and refreshments
  • Being the main point of contact for all visitors, suppliers, contractors and building management
  • To conduct site safety inductions for all new starters
  • Set up security passes
  • Facilities & maintenance administration
  • Fire warden
  • Invoicing using SAP
  • HR Administration
