Senior Receptionist / Reception Manager
Financial Services business based in the City of London, have a BRAND NEW opportuntiy for a Seior Rceeptionist to join their FOH/ Facilities team.
The successful Senior Receptionist will be have excellent first class customer service and communication skills, be passionate to take full ownership for providing a welcoming Reception to colleagues, clients and visitors.
- Answering the switchboard and diverting calls as appropriate
- Managing multiple meeting rooms, including the diary and refreshments
- Being the main point of contact for all visitors, suppliers, contractors and building management
- To conduct site safety inductions for all new starters
- Set up security passes
- Facilities & maintenance administration
- Fire warden
- Invoicing using SAP
- HR Administration
