SENIOR RECRUITER
12M FTC
CITY OF LONDON
£45-55K
My client, a health and wellbeing company are looking for a Senior recruiter to join their busy team to cover a Maternity cover.
You will be responsible for playing a big part in growing the client's talent and you will be working closely with external and internal candidates through the entire recruitment lifestyle (Including sourcing, screening, interview set ups, offers, negotiations and closing)
2+ years working as a full life cycle or sourcing recruiter required.
Duties will include: -
- Providing full life cycle recruitment for both internal and external positions
- Engaging with candidates as single point of contact and screening candidates
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure requirements are understood
- Writing strong job adverts to attract talent
- Performs market research to stay current on recruiting best practices and to develop a better understanding of the market
- Maintaining knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and trends in recruitment
Skills: -
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years working as a full life cycle or sourcing recruiter required
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and hire top talent
- Motivation and drive to excel in a high paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientated
