My Client a Global Investment Bank and Securities Firm are lookig for an admin assistant to help support the recruitment function within Investment Banking to include candidate coordiantion for all senior hires

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging interviews at senior level; booking of internal meeting rooms and catering
  • Tracking candidate feedback and scoring
  • Setting up conference calls/meetings across various time zones
  • Processing of expenses and invoices
  • Travel management as appropriate - booking of all travel, accommodation and visa's where necessary on behalf of candidates.
  • Liaising with global offices where required at senior level.
  • Answering of telephone calls and taking accurate messages
  • Work with the business to decide on offers
  • Dealing with high volume requests

Person Specification

  • Previous experience of supporting a team across a range of levels
  • Excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Offers flexibility with the ability to adapt to changes as required on a day-to-day basis
  • Collegiate and team-orientated individual
  • Proficient in Concur, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail; accuracy with all work is essential
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual who can work on their own initiative
