The role:

• Reconcile the head office accounts monthly with the assistance of the head office accountant.
• Be responsible for reporting the entities results into the Group consolidation system
• Transfer the accounts into the Central system and set up processes for;
• Purchase orders
• Invoicing
• Batch payments
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Management fees
• Fixed asset register
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Set up a Group purchase order process and train the head-office staff on how it should be used.
• Prepare the statutory accounts for the legal entity.
• Assist in the preparation of the 2025 budget.
• Management of the audit deliverables and providing required evidence.
• Manage one individual to support the delivery of these tasks.

Background of candidate:

• Strong project management skills
• Experience of implementing a new system (ideally in Business Central / Navision)
• Experience of reporting in Groups
• Based in London
