Job description

An experienced Talent Acquisition Contracts Manager is required to support the Global People and Transformation Lead at this exciting time of this Global Media Company's transition. You will be joining a dedicated HR team ensuring the project meets deadlines and stakeholders are guided though the companies exciting change to a standalone business.

Being the pivotal point for stakeholder and suppliers you will be assisting various teams scale up and down as per the business needs and be involved with re-evaluating and implementation of various projects.

Key Responsibilities as Talent Acquistion Contracts Manager include:

  • You will lead on the separation of current contingent workforce (not employed via the company’s payroll)

  • Review all current arrangements (direct and indirect), more than half in the UK.

  • Ensure replication of key supplier arrangements/agreements, contractors set up for new timesheet and payments processes.

  • Ensure compliance and background checks, status determinations etc are in place.

  • Communicate with suppliers and contractors as necessary to ensure no impact to business and contractors.

  • Put in new processes for Day 1

  • You will work with the company’s TA’s and HR team, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, etc as needed to ensure everything is in place and running smoothly.

  • Assist with contractor hiring and onboarding as needed.

  • Budget tracking as needed.

  • Recommend and implement good processes for managing going forward including review of supplier arrangements.

Skills required

  • Ideally familiar with Workday or similar.

  • Previous experience of mergers and acquisitions is preferred or experienced within a start-up company would be desirable

  • A problem solver who can think outside the box

  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with the current TA’s and Stakeholders to guide them through the separation

  • Experienced of working inhouse

  • Experienced at onboarding and dealing with contracts

This role is open to candidates looking for either full time and part-time work

Duration:5 months potentially more

Location: Hybrid or Remote, with occasional travel to London SW1

Day Rate:up to £470 (Umbrella)
