Job description
An experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator is required to join this Global Financial Services organisation, based in the City. You will become part of this busy and dynamic Talent team and play an instrumental part of its growing function
 As an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for all admin processes with in the UK Team and be the go to person
Duties:
- Maintaining our internal ATS system to a high standard; including scheduling large volumes of interviews, coordinating feedback for candidates, and submitting helpdesk tickets where needed
 - Formatting job descriptions and posting job vacancies on appropriate job boards
 - Being the go-to for all general recruitment queries from recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates
 - Maintaining the EMEA Careers Inbox and responding to emails
 - Supporting with new recruitment related projects
 
Experience and Skills:
- Strong recruitment administration experience
 - Experienced with working at a fast pace with changing priorities
 - Confident user of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
 - Good computer skills - MS Office
 - Managed third party vendors preferably
 - Understanding of HR Practices and regulatory requirements (desirable)
 - Be an excellent team player with a positive outlook
 - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 - Able to work on own initiative and be a natural problem solver
 - Ability and experienced to working to deadlines
 - Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and wider HR team
 - Preferably have worked within a FS or Professional Services Company previously
 
Duration: 6 months 
 Commences: ASAP 
 Salary: to £27K pro rata plus benefits 
 Hybrid working: currently 3 days in the office 
 Location: City
