My Client are a Global FMCG Brand, with offices all over the globe looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12 Month FTC starting in May / June. You'll work closely with their People team of 5.

This isn't a traditional recruiter role - the job is about you finding bespoke solutions, being entrepreneurial in the way you work and supporting our managers to be the best they can be, which will ultimately help us find the best people to join and drive business performance.

Solid experience working with a HR team and driving Diversity and Inclusion is essential.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Utilise market relevant sourcing channels to source and select the best candidate in line with cost, quality and time
  • Ensure a first-class recruitment and selection process experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Identify gaps in recruitment training within the business and come up with solutions to solve these; which may be an ad-hoc/one-off session or long term training need
  • Deliver recruitment training to the business as required (either alone, with an external provider or with the People Business Partners)
  • Keep up to date with D&I developments or initiatives that could be used e.g. new job boards, workshops, webinars and round table sessions
  • Keep D&I on the recruitment agenda by discussing it with managers and agencies during recruitment briefings, ensuring that we always hire the best talent
  • Manage and maintain the candidate management system (Taleo) and video interviewing platform (Hirevue) by being the UK key user
  • Support the People Assistant with managing the Intern Programme
  • Support in recruitment of the European Graduate Programme

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Previous internal recruitment experience, preferably working closely with Senior Leaders
  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HRBP in a generalist role at some point
  • Experience managing recruitment at all levels and within a business with niche roles
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must
  • Experience in recruiting for FMCG or similar would be an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience working with recruitment systems, ideally Taleo

Perks of working here as a Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Flexible working
  • A friendly, hard-working team
  • Benefits / Bonus entitlement
