Our Client is taking the next step in their recruitment journey which means they need to recruit a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manger who can take full responsibility for all our recruitment across Europe at every level.

They are about to embrace a new way of recruitment bringing on-board new technology, introducing cutting edge process and delivering an amazing candidate experience

• Experience of a partnership would be ideal but your attitude & abilities are much more important
• A passion for recruitment and the whole recruitment experience
• Ability to work in a Matrix Organisation and deal positively with ambiguity
• Experience of working in Europe
• Resilience and the ability to cope with the most difficult situations
• Great stakeholder engagement skills
• A mix of volume, direct and search rec. experience i.e. operational recruitment
• An understanding of how the Employee value proposition works and how you bring it to life through a recruitment process
• A real attention to detail and a must get it finished attitude.
• Another Language would be an advantage!
