Job description

An exciting opportunity for a strong Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our client, within Financial Services. As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will work alongside Business Leaders and Hiring Managers with the responsibility of delivering excellent support with the full recruitment lifecycle as well as working closely with the Head of HR on retention and strategies.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner who has experience implementing hiring strategies to join a global established company within Financial Services. The ideal candidate will be innovative, hands on, with a passion for recruitment. In return you will receive a salary up to £55,000, hybrid working and a great benefits package.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Business Partner

  • Work with the Head of HR to input into the UK hiring strategy
  • Coach and guide hiring managers in recruitment techniques
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, working closely with the hiring manager to identify clear requirements for each vacancy
  • Actively source passive candidates
  • Cover full end-to-end recruitment process through to onboarding
  • Raise job requisitions with hiring manager and maintain open job roles
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research
  • Devise and organise candidate interviews and assessments
  • Create and update job descriptions for each vacancy
  • Review or create recruitment and interview guides for hiring managers
  • Liaise with relevant internal parties to coordinate inductions and ensure day 1 ready

Skills & Experience of Talent Acquisition Business Partner

  • Drive, enthusiasm, and passion for the recruitment process and attracting and retaining talent
  • Experience in talent attraction projects
  • Ability to build strong relationships with Key stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates
  • Experienced interviewer
  • Experience of onboarding new starters at all levels
