My Client, are a Japanese trading house, looking for a PART TIME Team Assistant to cover a maternity leave, for 3 DAYS per week.


The Team Assistant will work independently to support the Investment Portfolio Management team, providing highly organised team administrative support to approx 10.


Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Expenses
  • Diary management
  • Arranging PowerPoint presentations
