KennedyPearce are partnering with an international media firm hiring a Tranactional Finance Analyst. This role will be 2 days in the office. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the accuracy of the financial transactions and cash flows. We are seeking someone part qualified.

The Role:

• Group weekly forecast/cash position.
• Monthly UK and AU cash flows.
• Budget and forecast cash flows for AU & UK.
• Sales & PL monthly reconciliations.
• Monthly petty cash reconciliation.
• Reconciliations of debtor accounts.
• Quarterly VAT return reconciliation.
• Provide cover & support for Transactional Finance tasks.
• Work with the Transactional finance manager & team to improve and streamline processes.

The ideal candidate:

• A minimum of two years' experience in a Finance assistant role.
• Proactive and motivated with the ability to work under own initiative with adherence to tight deadlines and an aptitude for attention to detail, an aptitude for continuous improvement, the ability to work flexibly and excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to nurture and maintain positive working relationships at all levels.
• Reconciliation experience and excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
• Part Qualified or Studier/ looking to study AAT, CIMA or ACCA.
