Job description

A rapidly growing biotech firm is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their finance team. Reporting to the finance director, this will be a pivotal role within the organisation - This role offers hybrid working.

As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for :

  • Cashflow management and budgeting
  • Cashflow planning
  • Allocation of cash commitments
  • Downloading bank statements
  • Write and maintain company treasury and cash policies
  • Obtaining approval for payments from CFO

Accounts payable

  • Monitor accounts payable inboxes
  • Respond to supplier queries
  • Save invoices to shared folder for accounting team to access
  • Obtain approval for invoices

Office management

  • Maintain relationships with key contract suppliers
  • Chase pending invoices and/or download suppliers invoices form portal
  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organising Board of Directors meetings, in the UK or Italy (perhaps elsewhere)
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance per company policy
  • Review and monitor the company cards
  • Maintain domains for all companies and ensure PayPal account is topped up for Adobe
  • Maintain Microsoft payments
  • Liaise with IT to set up new employees

This role is paying up to £45,000 and offers hybrid working.
