An international creative dynamic production company based in Central London has an exciting opportunity for a WIP Controller.

The Role:

• Ensure all projects are billed and closed within a reasonable time-frame
• WIP
• Resolve billing and cost queries
• Provide monthly status for all jobs
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of appropriate documentation for revenue recognition, including PO/client approval, Billings, and purchasing contacts where applicable
• Work closely with revenue accountant to ensure that revenue recognised is accurate

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Strong excel experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
