An exciting opportunity has become available working as an Account Director for an PR Agency

This is a permanent position, Hybrid working within the City of London.

As an Account Director, you will oversee an account group and be responsible for the efficient and profitable running of all client business and staff within their group

Key Responsibilities for the Account Director:

  • Demonstrate and contribute strategic understanding of the communications strategy for clients needs
  • Keep up to date with the market intelligence for your client
  • Establish and drive a targeted, multi-channel communications strategy for the client. Be able to offer expert communications advisory, write briefs, instigate debate and successfully push for the execution of relevant campaign ideas, targeted at appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain overview of all accounts, and proactively advise clients on new issues. .
  • Providing experienced counsel to clients as required and leading the team in meetings and presentations.
  • Be able to write and report the data from campaigns for the clients
  • Create and develop opportunities for generating new business and growing existing business
  • Play a lead role in credential meetings and pitches, and coach team members to pitch successfully as required.
  • Team management and the skills to be able to progress your team members

Desirable Skills:

  • PR or Marketing industry experience
  • Experience of influencer level pitching
  • Be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to any problems
  • Be able to create new ideas to keep up with the market
  • Interest in current Trends
  • Good time management

This is a permanent position paying £40,000 - £55,000 + Hybrid working based in City of London.
