Tech start-up company based in Belfast looking for an interim financial person for a 6 month period with potential path to permanent. Part Qualified/ Finalist or Newly qualified but must be able to start in the next 2 weeks.

The main responsibilities are:

1. Cash management - cash-flow projections, bank account management, cash disbursements
2. Production of monthly management accounts
3. Production of year-end financial statements
4. Bookkeeping within XERO
5. Payroll management
6. Company secretarial work
   1. Filing relevant submissions with companies house
   2. Minutes of board meetings
   3. Managing the cap table
   4. Administering the employee stock option plans
7. Draft and submission of tax computation: VAT, corporation tax
