Job description

Our client an International Insurance Company are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the needs of the Real Estate team and the business units. As Administrative Assistant you will report into the Records Management Manager and be responsible for general ad hoc administratie duties alongside managing the archive process.

Responsibilities

  • Management of team Inbox
  • Ensure that files are distributed and collected promptly
  • Collection and processing of bulk archiving from teams
  • Data capture and entry into databases, both internal and those run by external service providers
  • Management of archiving process for offices following acquisition (onboarding)
  • Ad hoc investigatory project work
  • Assist in managing the off-site filing of archived documentation.
  • Produce MI reports
  • To source and help develop more efficient processes
  • Responsibility for stock taking and ordering of the stationery needed by the Records Management team

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Records Management experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • GCSEs including Maths and English (Grades A to C)
