Job description

A great opportunity for an Assistant Office Manager has become available to work with our client, a global business consultancy. As Assistant Office Manager you will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for the overall running of the office and work alongside the Executive Assistant on projects when required.

This is a Front of House based role with team assistant duties and the perfect position for someone looking to join a company that truly values employees. This position is a 6-month contract.

Main duties of Assistant Office Manager

  • First point of contact for clients, guests and employees
  • Front of House duties such as - managing the main phone line, handling deliveries and post
  • Administrative duties such as - Calendar management, email correspondence, filing and taking minutes in meetings
  • Solely responsible for ordering and managing office supplies
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant with planning events, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Administrative support in maintaining employee databases

Skills & Experience of Assistant Office Manager

  • Experience using and updating systems - ideally Salesforce
  • Previous experience in a Team Assistant/Office Assistant position
  • A confident, hands-on approach with the ability to use your initiative
